This might change as the project grows. When it does, we'll look for people who share our values and want to build tools that genuinely help developers.

What We Value
Craft over speed
We'd rather ship something excellent slowly than something mediocre quickly. Quality compounds. Shortcuts don't.
Users over metrics
We optimize for user value, not engagement metrics. If something helps users but hurts our numbers, we do it anyway.
Honesty over hype
We say what our product does and doesn't do. No buzzword soup. No vaporware. No promising features we can't deliver.
Independence
We're not trying to get acquired or go public. We're building a sustainable business that can stay independent and user-focused forever.
